Roller Skating

We had our very first experience with roller skating yesterday at a homeschooled child event. Neither Jarrod nor Jack have ever donned a pair of skates, and me, being the supportive and encouraging mom I am, laughed a lot! Jarrod hung onto the sides of the rink and navigated his away around. Jack, in true Jack form, decided he wouldn't let the fact that he couldn't skate slow him down, he literally RAN across the rink. I wish I had a better camera that would have caught the shot! I do admit they were much better by the end, and are hoping to return next month to hone their skills. Such a priviledge to witness all the new experiences my boys have in the day to day!
